About the Role

With guidance and support from the Education Support, Behaviour and Attendance (ESBAS) team, you will work in partnership with school staff, parents, carers and other agencies to provide high quality short-term intervention and support for children and young people identified as having significant behavioural and/or emotional needs. You will work with children and young people on a 1:1 basis, supporting them to manage their behaviour and access their learning. If you are confident, calm, and passionate about vulnerable children and young people achieving their potential, then we would like to hear from you. The role works county wide.

There are two posts available. One post can be based at either Ocean House in St Leonards on Sea or St Mark's House in Eastbourne and the other post will be based in County Hall in Lewes.
