About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent part time Administration Support Officer (Single Status 6) based at St Mary's House, Eastbourne with the Adult Social Care Mental Health Service admin team.

You will assist Operational staff to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. The role will be fast paced and varied and will include a high volume of minute taking in Safeguarding Adults at Risk Meetings and general administrative support where required.

You will need to be a great communicator with strong MS Office skills, have excellent minute taking skills, a good knowledge of Safeguarding and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
