Why choose us?
We support equality of access to education for some of the most vulnerable children and young people aged 0 to 25 in the county.
Working as part of ISEND (Inclusion and SEND) offers a wide range of opportunities across many roles. In some of these roles you'll work directly with children and families. In others, you will not.
Our services help children and young people with varying needs, such as:
- learning or communication difficulties
- English as an Additional Language
- medical needs
- concerning behaviour.
There are lots of personal development opportunities in ISEND, including a comprehensive induction and continuous professional development (CPD). You'll work in a supportive team with flexible and hybrid working options.
By joining us, you have a real chance to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people across East Sussex.
