Join us as a JCR support worker
Imagine changing someone’s life for the better in just four weeks.
That’s what support workers in our friendly JCR (Joint Community Rehabilitation) team can do.
You’d visit people in their home, after they’ve come out of hospital or been unwell, and help them get their independence back.
You don’t need any formal skills: you just need to be a caring person who enjoys helping others. We’ll train you in everything else you need to know.
You do need to drive and ideally have access to a car, as you’d be travelling from one person’s house to the next.
We have lots of vacancies right now across East Sussex, and want to hear from you!

What's it like to work in our team?
At JCR, every day will be different.
The one constant is you’ll be helping someone get their independence back.
