Supported Introduction to Employment Policy

Starting a new job is a challenging experience. Providing feedback and support for new employees helps people to settle in quicker. This policy ensures that all staff in new roles receive equal treatment during the first 12 months. It applies to first time council employees, those changing jobs within the Council and those transferring from another local authority.
