Become a Support Worker (care worker)

We have vacancies!

We're recruiting for support workers to help older adults and to help adults with learning disabilities.

You don’t need qualifications or experience, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need. You’ll just need a desire to make a difference.

If you’re passionate about helping others, then you’re the perfect candidate for working with us as a care worker in adult social care.

There are a lot of different types of support worker roles available with East Sussex County Council, depending on where you’d like to work or what you want to do, and we can help you find the right fit.
