Schools in East Sussex have reopened. See Back to School – We are ready!

You need to apply for a place at the school you would like your child to attend – it doesn’t happen automatically. And if you miss the deadline you are much less likely to get the school you want:

Report to Office of the Schools Adjudicator

The Office of the Schools Adjudicator (OSA) works independently from the Department for Education but is appointed by the Secretary of State for Education.

Each year every Local Authority is required, by law, to make an annual report to the adjudicator with information about how admissions have worked in their area over the last academic year.
