Replacement passes

Replace a lost or damaged East Sussex Freedom Pass or Travel Permit online. These are only issued for education transport.

Replacements cost £10.

Replace another type of education pass

If you need to replace the following tickets please note the information for:

  • Arriva buses - season tickets please contact the operator directly. 
  • Southern Rail key cards - replacements are currently free but limited to a certain amount. Please complete an Application for a new or replacement photocard.
  • Brighton & Hove and Metrobus key cards - We no longer issue or top up these cards.
