4. Request a change to your preference(s) – after the closing date

We will only accept a request if your circumstances have changed significantly since you first applied. That is, you have a new address or there are other factors that were not present at the time of application and could not have been foreseen.

Changes of address will require documentary evidence to show that either an exchange of contracts has taken place or you have signed a tenancy agreement on a new home. Changing your preference does not automatically mean a place will be allocated because the school may already be oversubscribed.

You should email the Admissions and Transport team stating your child’s name and date of birth together with full details of how you wish to amend the application along with relevant evidence. We will let you know if we agree to your request.
