This team can only help with Adult Social Care invoice queries. If you have any questions about the services or items you have paid for, please refer to the contact numbers provided on the invoice.
Credit and debit cards
You can pay with the following cards:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- JCB
- Maestro
We do not accept American Express, Diners, Laser or Solo.
Charges for social care services
We recommend that you avoid paying by credit card unless you are able to repay your balance in full each month. If you are unable to repay your full balance you are likely to have interest payments added to your balance and we are unable to consider these or the subsequent repayments as outgoing expenses when calculating your financial assessment.
Security
WorldPay is a secure website and uses a combination of sophisticated techniques to ensure the security of your data. Their systems are checked by the banking authorities regularly.
Payment
This system only allows payments in full for each invoice – no part payments.
The instruction to take money from your account will be triggered when your card is validated.
Recording your payment
Shortly after your card is validated, you will receive emails to confirm your payment: one from WorldPay and another from us. Please keep these as a record of your payment. Our records will be updated with the details of your payment soon after validation of your card.
Privacy policy
We will hold any data submitted on forms on this site in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
