Your experience of digital exclusion in the community
We asked community workers to tell us about their experience of working with digitally excluded people. This survey has now closed.
When we describe people as being digitally excluded, we mean those who cannot or do not access the internet. This might be because of various reasons including not having the right equipment or an internet connection, or not having the confidence or the motivation to go online.
The survey will help us to understand the needs of digitally excluded people in our community and help us to structure support to help them.
