Spectrum autism support

Spectrum helps young people with autism aged 0 to 19 to join in activities and their community independently.
With our support, young people:

  • become confident with activities and travel,
  • develop life skills,
  • explore social situations, and
  • enjoy the same opportunities as their peers.

We also provide information and signpost to other services to help you.

Skills award

We also run a skills award course for 10 to 18 year olds. In small groups young people with autism learn to understand autism and how it affects them. It’s a safe, supportive and fun environment to:

  • practice life skills
  • prepare for adulthood and
  • make new friends

We run groups at

  • Eastbourne on Mondays
  • Hastings & Lewes on Wednesdays
  • Bexhill on Thursdays

Courses cost £45 and run termly.
