Early help for vulnerable families
Early Help services
Early Help is an approach to improving outcomes for families with multiple and complex problems. It aims to provide earlier, coordinated and more effective support to whole families. This also reduces the long-term costs to local services. Early Help Keyworkers work in partnership with the family for an extended period of time. They:
- identify strengths and issues,
- agree priorities for change, and
- provide support and challenge.
The Early Help 0 to 19 service provides targeted Early Help support in East Sussex
You can access support and advice from these services via the Single Point of Advice.
