East Sussex County Council has been informed by the Department for Transport that Transport Minister, Rosie Winterton, has signed the order granting the County Council Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) powers in Eastbourne. The order will now be laid before Parliament and is due to come into effect on 13 October.
