Transport Minister gives go ahead for Eastbourne civil parking application

After discussions between East Sussex County Council and the Department for Transport, Transport Minister, Rosie Winterton, has agreed in principle that the County Council can continue with its application for Civil Parking Enforcement Powers in Eastbourne without including the off-street car parks owned by Eastbourne Borough Council.
