The Young People’s One-Stop Shop and Health Project in Cambridge Road, Hastings, opened in 1998 and to celebrate its tenth birthday will be holding a celebration event for both agencies and young people.
Run by East Sussex County Council’s Youth Development Service, the Shop and Health Project supports young people aged 11 – 25 on any issue that is affecting their lives.
Its 10 year celebration will be held on Wednesday 4 June. The shop and health project will be open 11am – 2pm for agencies, giving professionals a chance to find out about the various projects for young people, our work over the past ten years and the future of the service. Experienced workers will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Then from 3 – 6pm, the shop will be open for young people to have a look around, meet the friendly and non-judgemental staff, find out about what we offer and pick up a free goody bag! Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
If you have any queries or would like to find out more about the event, please contact Nicola Edwards on 07974 579865.
