The East Sussex County Council-run library in Grove Road is holding a poetry event on Thursday 4 October 2007 at 7.30pm – to coincide with National Poetry Day.
Sussex poets attending the event are keen to share their love of poetry and their enthusiasm for Sussex and will be reading examples of their work.
The presenter for the evening is Peter Ainsley and poets and readers will include Patricia Brett, Anthony Davies, Edwina Haas, Finola Holiday, Elizabeth Jenks, Derek Lucking, Sheila Markwick, Sheila Sutton, Selwyn Veater, Peter Wathen and Joan Webb.
