Carolyn joins the County Council from Brighton & Hove City Council, where she has been a very successful Assistant Director, Sustainable Transport for the last three years.
In her new role, Carolyn will take on responsibility for 3,000 km of roads, highways maintenance and design, transport policy and strategy, passenger transport, parking, waste disposal and recycling. Carolyn will join the County Council in January 2007.
