Have your say on how we deliver our Local Transport Plan

Our third Local Transport Plan (LTP3) covers the period 2011 to 2026. During the life of LTP3, we will be developing a series of five year implementation plans to make sure that our priorities continue to meet the transport needs of the county.

We asked for your views on the draft version of the first LTP3 Implementation Plan, which covers the period to 2015/16. A programme of works for 2011 is already in place.

Consultation results

Your responses were used to shape the final LTP Implementation Plan for 2011/12 to 2015/16.

The Plan was approved at the meeting of the Lead Member for Economy, Transport and Environment in January 2012.

Who took part?

We asked for as many views as possible, especially those of local authorities, partner organisations and anyone interested in shaping the future of transport in East Sussex.

Background information

Our third Local Transport Plan (LTP3) was adopted in May 2011. It sets out our plans to ensure transport measures support the local economy and are greener, safer and accessible for everyone. To find out more, see our page about the Local Transport Plan 3.
