We asked for your comments about our proposals to improve safety and traffic flow along the A259 at Sutton Corner, Seaford.
The proposals included:
- equal priority for traffic from all directions
- reduced speed limits
- better accessibility for buses outside Newlands School
- a zebra crossing and improved street lighting.
These priorities were identified as part of the Seaford Local Area Transport Strategy.

What has happened as a result of this consultation
As a result of your feedback some changes were made to the scheme. The scheme was built in July 2010 using external funding.
