Reviewing the Compact 2008 – statutory, voluntary and community groups working together
Each year we review the East Sussex Compact. The aim of the annual review is to:
- build awareness of the Compact and help create a better understanding of it
- report on events and activities to date
- collect and present evidence of successes and good practice
- collect and present evidence of any bad practice, and to learn and develop from this.
Reviewing the Compact 2008
We asked for your views on:
- how the Compact is working in East Sussex
- the 2008 Compact Action Plan
- 'Understanding the Compact' – a document that supports the implementation and embedding of the East Sussex Compact.
The Action Plan and ‘Understanding the Compact’ are both on our main page about the Compact for East Sussex.
This consultation closed on 11 September 2008.
What happens next?
The outcome of this review will be presented during National Compact Week in November 2008. We will also be holding a Compact event on 7 November 2008 for all voluntary, community and statutory groups who want to come – more information about this event will be available on the Compact for East Sussex page nearer the time.
