Improving older people’s quality of life in East Sussex 2007–2010

Using a short questionnaire we asked for views and comments on a draft strategy document which describes how we will work over the next three years to improve older people's quality of life. This work will be done in partnership with other agencies.

You can download the draft strategy below. This document was produced after listening to the views of older people and the organisations that work with them, given in a variety of ways over the last eighteen months.

This consultation – about the strategy, our vision and what you think of our approach we are proposing – took place between July and October 2007.

What will happen next?

• October 2007 – Consultation closes
• July to December 2007 – after collecting your views we will start developing some of the key partnership projects.
• March 2008 – launch of the final strategy.
