Municipal Waste Management Strategy (MWMS) consultation draft

Consultation draft

In partnership with the East Sussex district and borough councils, we asked for your comments on a draft joint municipal waste management strategy, to help us decide and plan how to manage our waste from 2006 to 2020. We looked at a range of options in preparing the draft strategy, for example:

  • reducing and reusing waste
  • recycling and composting waste that is produced
  • dealing with any waste that can’t be reused or recycled.

For information, a copy of the draft strategy is available to download, below.

The closing date for replies was 15 October 2006.
