Customer satisfaction survey

East Sussex County Council residents' panel members were asked for their views on:

  • the levels of service they expect when they contact us
  • how they feel about the opportunities they have to get involved in local decision-making
  • how satisfied they are with the council and its services
  • what makes an efficient council
  • how safe they feel their community is.

The consultation closed in June 2006. The findings of this survey are published in the report attached below. This was the fourth Resident's Panel survey.
