We asked for your comments about the development of Pebsham Countryside Park. A series of workshops and exhibitions were held in autumn 2005 and we invited you return a questionnaire telling us your views, ideas and aspirations. The final deadline for comments was 22 March 2006.

Consultation results
Your comments have been fed into into the Development Strategy and Business Plan for the park. These documents have been approved by the park steering group and Rother District Council and are awaiting approval from the two other Authorities involved in the project.
Some initial improvments have been made to access arrangements, including path resurfacing and extra signposts. A leaflet was circulated during summer 2007 to the community, letting people know about access and how to enjoy the wildlife of the area.
Workshops and exhibitions
We held a series of workshops with invited community representatives, from residents to business people, interest groups, councillors and young people. Notes from each workshop are published below.
Exhibitions were held in Hastings, Bexhill and Crowhurst to provide more information about the project and to get your opinions.
