Compact consultation 2006
The Compact for East Sussex is an agreement between organisations such as councils, health services, charities and voluntary and community groups. It aims to improve joint working, communication and collaboration.
Originally published in October 2003, the Compact has now been revised and improved to be clearer and to include a process for solving disagreements. It now incorporates six codes of practice on:
- funding and procurement
- partnerships
- consultation and community engagement
- black and minority ethnic voluntary and community groups
- volunteering
- community groups.
From 1 November 2005 until 24 January 2006 we asked for your feedback on this revised version. The revised version has now been published.
