A series of workshop meetings with residents were held in January 2005 to discuss budget setting and likely council tax levels for next year. Residents who took part in our September workshops to review the Council's priorities were invited.
Every year the County Council discusses its priorities and budget plans with residents in a series of discussion workshops. Although the small number of participants does not form a representative sample of the whole community, these and other results contribute to the overall process of setting council priorities.
