In April 2005 we asked library members who haven’t borrowed anything for the last two years if they are still using our libraries and how we can improve our services.

Results
Our survey found that we need to improve publicity about our library services, and improve some aspects of the service to encourage you to visit more regularly. Your suggestions included:
- better selection of stock, including bestsellers
- delivering items to your home
- book drop boxes for easy return of books
- lower charges
- evening and Sunday opening
- providing toilets.
Your impact
We will use your comments to improve our library services and to ensure better publicity for existing and new services.
