East Sussex County Council's property portfolio is valued at £588 million and covers an area of over 577,000 square metres. It is made up of over 650 properties including schools, libraries, day centres, residential homes and country parks.
We regularly review the Council's property holdings and occasionally have surplus land and buildings to sell or rent.
Members of the public can apply for a licence to use land which is owned by the Council but not currently required for Council use.
