Being a councillor is its own reward. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s very worthwhile, extremely interesting and you learn huge amounts.

When something happens and you get an outcome, a decision, it’s great. It keeps your brain working, too.

It’s important that we work together to achieve results. I’ll be happy when I see Crowborough being even more successful, the retail sector thriving and less speeding.
