Director of Adult Social Care: Keith Hinkley

Keith is responsible for planning, commissioning and providing social care services for adults and older people, and protecting vulnerable people from harm. A key priority is to support independence, and help people to live in their own homes wherever possible.

  • care for people with learning disabilities
  • care for people with physical disabilities
  • working closely with partners in health, housing, the independent sector and voluntary organisations
  • implementing Putting People First
