Data Protection Subject Access Request Form

Use the Subject Access Request Form if you want to find out if the Council holds any personal information about you. You will need to sign the form and send it to us with:

  • two pieces of identification to prove who you are
  • a cheque for £10 made payable to East Sussex County Council.

Once we have received your request with the required identification and the £10 fee we will respond to you within 40 days.
