You can apply to reuse content (text, pictures etc.) from this website or from other East Sussex County Council publications.

Non commercial research and private study

You may download the material featured on this website to file or print for non-commercial research and private study.

For any other purpose

You will need a license from us for any other form of reuse. You can apply for a ‘Licence to reuse council information' using the form attached below. Please ensure that you read the guidance notes and terms and conditions before completing the form.

After you have submitted the form, you will receive your licence within 10 working days. If there is a problem (for example, if we do not own the copyright on some of the information) then we will inform you of this within 10 working days.

If you wish to use council material for any commercial purpose please contact our Freedom of Information officer.

Payment

Some commercial use may be charged for. Further information will be provided on application. If you need to discuss this in more detail, please contact our Freedom of Information officer.
