How do I complain?
We will provide as much information as possible unless the information requested is exempt from disclosure.
If you are not happy with the way we responded to your request, the charges or the reasons given for being unable to supply what you wanted, please contact our Monitoring Officer to ask for a review of your case. We will review your case and normally respond to you within 21 days.

The Information Commissioner will not consider appeals or complaints about our response to your request for information unless you have first asked us to conduct a review.
