What if I can’t find the information I want?
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for then send us a Freedom of Information request. You don’t have to say why you want the information, but you must make your request in writing – by post, email or fax.
You need to provide us with:
- your name and a return postal or email address
- details of what you want to know. Please be as precise as possible, to help us to provide the information that you want. Enquiries that are too general may also take a long time to research and therefore incur a charge. If you are not sure how to phrase your request, please get in touch first so we can help you.
If we are not able to supply the information you want, for example if it is exempt from disclosure, we will tell you why.
