Our progress against the Council Business Plan

We closely monitor our progress towards reaching the targets set out in the Council Business Plan.

Progress reports at six, nine and 12 months are discussed at Cabinet and full Council meetings. These identify our achievements and highlight areas of concern. Details are published here at those times, shown below.

The Council Business Plan begins in April and finishes in March of the following year.

Latest reports

• Our progress at 9 months – report to Cabinet, 10 March 2009 (agenda item 8)

The Cabinet then reported back at the next full council meeting:
