Our progress against the Council Plan

We closely monitor our progress towards reaching the targets set out in the Council plan.

Progress reports at 6, 9 and 12 months are discussed at Cabinet and Full Council meetings. These identify our achievements and highlight areas of concern. Details are published here at those times, shown below.

The Council plan begins in April and finishes in March of the following year.

Council Plan 2008/09

Forthcoming reports

• Our progress at 6 months (from April 2008 to September 2008)
  - Cabinet meeting in November 2008
  - Full Council meeting in December 2008.

• End of year report (reported at County Council 22 July 2008)

• Our progress at 9 months (reporting period October to December 2007)

Council Plan 2006/07

Our progress against the Council Plan was discussed at both the Cabinet meeting and the Full Council meeting in July 2007.
