What this committee does
This scrutiny committee reviews budgeting, audit and finances. It manages the best value review programme and also looks at community services. The functions this committee covers include:

- voluntary sector
This committee also scrutinises functions that don't fall under any other scrutiny committee. It also manages any best value review projects agreed by Cabinet and Full Council.
