Item 5 - Assessment of Corporate Governance Framework
To (1) provide information on compliance with the Council's Code of Corporate Governance and any changes to it that may be necessary to maintain it and ensure its effectiveness in practice; and (2) gain approval of the Council's Annual Governance Statement in compliance with the requirements of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011.

To inform the Committee of the development of the Health and Wellbeing Board, its proposed strucuture and membership.

To consider appointments to be made to outside bodies for the next two years

To consider a Review of Mileage Reimbursement Rates for 2011.
Item 9 - Establishment of a Joint Waste Committee for East Sussex
To seek approval for the membership of the Joint Waste Committee, the acceptance of the functions to be delegated to County Council, the delegation of authority to approve the Constitution and appointment of an administering authority and the approval of the County Council's representative.
