Item 9 - Establishment of a Joint Waste Committee for East Sussex To seek approval for the membership of the Joint Waste Committee, the acceptance of the functions to be delegated to County Council, the delegation of authority to approve the Constitution and appointment of an administering authority and the approval of the County Council's representative.
