item 4 - New Road, Uckfield:Traffic Calming Scheme

To (1) advise the Lead Cabinet Member of the results of the second public consultaton exercise on proposals for traffic calming in New Road, Uckfield; and (2) seek approval to instruct Linden Homes to undertake the detailed design and construction of the Scheme in consultation with the County Council.

To advise the Lead Cabinet Member of the consultation outcomes on, and seek approval to adopt, the East Sussex Local Transport Plan draft Implementation Plan 2011/12 – 2015/16 together with outlining the content of the three bids to Depatment for Transport's Local Sustainable Transport Fund.
