To consider a petition requesting the County Council to consider traffic calming measures on Piddinghoe Avenue, Peacehaven

Item 5 - Wineham Way, Bexhill - provisions of an on street disabled parking bay

To consider the provision of an advisory disabled bay following objections reported to lead Member on 13 December 2010 and a subsequent site visit on 17 January 2011

Item 6 - Wealden Local Development Framework: proposed Submission Core Strategy

To consider agreeing to the comments set out in the report as representations to be submitted by the County Council on the Wealden Submission Core Strategy

Item 7 - Departure from Highway Maintenance Policy

To seek approval for the continued departure from the Highway Maintenance Policy agreed by the Lead Member on 31 January 2011 and note the progress made in repairing pot holes.

Item 8 - Speed Limit Review

To update the Lead Member on the progress made to date with the review of rural speed limits being carried out across the County.

Item9 - CapitalProgrammeofLocalTransportImprovements

To seek approval for the proposed allocation of funds to a specific programme of local transport improvements.

To consider updated information on stress areas and contribution costs from April 2011 in respect,of the adopted interim Supplementary Planning Guidance.
