Item 4 - Petition for a 30mph speed limit on Deanland Road, golden Cross

To consider a petition from residents of Deanland Wood Park seeking the introduction of a 30 mph speed limit on Deanland Road in the vicinity of their residential park

Item 5 - Petition for the reclassification of the B2095

To consider a petition requesting the reclassification of the B2095 from a B class road to a C class road to enable the introduction of a vehicle size limitation.

Item 6 - Petition requesting footway and traffic calming measures on the C120 Lullington/Litlington Road

To consider a petition requesting the introduction of a footway on the western side of the C120 Lullington/Litlington Road outside Great Meadow Barn between the car park and the existing footpath to Alfriston and to combine this with appropriate traffic calming measures for the road itself.

To consider a petition requesting parking restrictions at the junction of Heron Ridge and Brightling Road, Polegate

Item 8 - Petition to extend and designate the Lavender Line as a heritage railway

To consider a petition to extend the Lavender Line and designate it as a heritage railway from Isfield (and subsequently to Lewes) and for the County Council to purchase the land to enable the reinstatement of the track.

Item 11 - Kingston Village Speed Limit and Traffic Calming Proposals

To (1) advise the Lead Member of the outcome of a recent public consultation exercise on traffic calming measures in Kingston, near Lewes; and (2) seek approval to progress the scheme through detailed design and construction, subject to all costs being met by Kingston Parish Council.

Item 12 - Traffic Calming: Priority Assessment of Requests

To consider a list of high priority schemes for detailed investigation and consultation and to report the current position on schemes being developed.

Item 13 - East Sussex Cycling Strategy

To seek approval of a new Cycling Strategy for East sussex.

Item 14 - Integrated Transport Capital Programme
