Item 4 - Petiton concerning traffic safety issues in Cross in Hand

To consider a petiion requesting that the County Council exercise its duty of care by carrying out necessary improvements to the pavements along Cross in Hand High Street and that progressing the new layout for the A26/B2102 junction be afforded the highest priority.

Item 13 - Interim Supplementary Planning Guidance: A New Approach to Development Contributions

To consider updated information on the adopted Suplementary Planning Guidance relating, in particular to: (a) the Council's new statuttory duties under the Childcare Act 2006 to the assessment needs for development contributions towards early years provision; and (b) revising stress areas and contribution costs.

Item 14 - Abandoned Vehicle Contract

To seek approval to continue the use of the existing abandoned car contractor for six months while the retendering process for a new contract is carried out
