Item 12 - Revision of the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme and Saving of Local Waste Plan Policies

To (a) seek approval of proposed revisions to the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme, prior to submission to the Secretary of State; and (b) seek approval for an application to the Secretary of State for the saving of policies in the Waste Local Plan.

Item 13 - Partial Review of RPG9 and Draft South East Plan - Review of Sub Regional Allocation of Land-Won Aggregates

To agree a rersponse to the Regional Assembly on the propsed review of the sub regional allocation of land-won aggregates that would have to be brought forward in the County Council's Waste and Minerals Development Framework.

Item 14 - Prohibition of Vehicles on Upper Clarence Road and Clarence Road, St. Leonards

To clarify the intention of the decision made by the Lead Cabinet Member for Transport and Environment at his meeting on 31 March 2008 to close parts of Upper Clarence and Clarence Roads to public vehicular use.
