- Item 13 - Partial Review of RPG9 and Draft South East Plan - Review of Sub Regional Allocation of Land-Won Aggregates
- To agree a rersponse to the Regional Assembly on the propsed review of the sub regional allocation of land-won aggregates that would have to be brought forward in the County Council's Waste and Minerals Development Framework.
- Item 14 - Prohibition of Vehicles on Upper Clarence Road and Clarence Road, St. Leonards
- To clarify the intention of the decision made by the Lead Cabinet Member for Transport and Environment at his meeting on 31 March 2008 to close parts of Upper Clarence and Clarence Roads to public vehicular use.
