To outline a revised payment structure for in-house parent and child assessment placements

To request that Standing Orders are waived in respect of the requirement for public notice, to enable an extension to existing specialist consultant arrangements to further develop the County Council’s strategy for Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and the Primary Capital Programme (PCP).

Item 6 - Award of contract for Machinery of Government Consultant

To request agreement to waive contract standing orders to award an extension to the contract to existing Machinery of Government consultant.
