Adult Protection / Safeguarding vulnerable adults
These documents describe how we and our partners protect vulnerable adults from abuse or risk of abuse, and where the responsibility lies for reporting and investigating allegations of abuse.

Better care, higher standards
This is a charter drawn up between various organisations such as Adult social care, health, housing and others. It contains contact details, outlines the services available, our standards and targets, and how to complain.

Commissioning strategies
These Commissioning strategies have been developed for older people’s services (including those with mental health problems), learning disability services and services for carers.

The conveyance of patients policy
This describes how we ensure that people are moved with consideration and dignity when they are taken to hospital under the Mental Health Act.
