Adult Social Care information leaflets
These leaflets are designed to give you basic information about our core services. They have been approved by the Plain English Campaign for clarity.
The titles and reference numbers are listed below. Just click on the title to download the leaflet, or quote the reference number to Social Care Direct if ordering a printed version. These leaflets can also be downloaded on the relevant subject pages across the social care section of this website.
Who are they for?
Our leaflets are for anyone interested in the services we provide. You may be applying for services yourself, or arranging services for someone you care for. If you are an organisation, you may want to keep copies of these in your leaflet racks for your customers.
When are they updated?
To make sure that we keep you informed of our services, we aim to update these leaflets on a yearly basis, usually around spring.
Can I get them in other formats?
We aim to make our leaflets accessible to everyone. You can get all of these leaflets in other formats such as MP3 audio, large print, braille, audio tape, CD or in other languages if you ask us.
How can I get copies?
You can get printed copies of our leaflets by emailing Social Care Direct at socialcaredirect@eastsussex.gov.uk or complete our information leaflet order form to get more than one copy of each form.
Make sure you let us know:
- who you are and where you would like them delivered
- how many copies you want and in what format
- the title and reference number of the leaflet(s) you want.
