Rally Round
Helps people needing support (or their main carer) to let trusted friends and family members know how they can help out. Allows you to invite people to see what jobs need doing, who has agreed to do what and what jobs have already been done and by whom.
Support for young carers
Care for the Carers – Young carers
The Young Carers' Service supports young people who provide substantial physical or emotional care for a family member. Includes clubs, one to one support, and activities and trips.
A supportive online community from Carers trust, where young carers can find other young people in a similar position and share experiences in a safe environment. Help and advice via the Agony Aunt pages, email and chat sessions with online support team.
