What is Social Care Direct?
Adult Social Care Direct is a contact centre, providing one single point of contact across East Sussex for Adult Social Care services.
It can:
- provide information or leaflets
- take applications so our specialist workers can assess what services you may need
- point you to other social care agencies, and
- put existing customers in touch with their worker.
Who does it help?
Adult Social Care Direct provides help for adults who find it difficult to manage daily tasks in the home. Carers should also use this service.
