To apply for an assessment of your needs, please contact Social Care Direct which is our customer services department. They will be able to give you more information about adult social care and discuss the full details of your circumstances. If they agree with you that you should apply for an assessment, your details will be passed to our specialist assessment teams to carry out the assessment with you.
