How can I apply?

To apply for our services you have to receive an assessment, which helps us to decide what you need. If you feel you need services from us and would like an assessment of your needs and abilities, then contact one of our Adult Services teams.

From this assessment we can loan you equipment from our own stores, but supplies are limited and for some equipment there is a waiting list. If you wish to purchase your own equipment, we can offer you advice as to which pieces of equipment would suit your needs and places to purchase them.
